Flax Seed Oil
Flax seed oil has long been touted as one of the best non-animal sources of Omega-3 fatty acids. Light and oxygen will break down the fatty acids, so always store it in a dark, sealed container. Flax seed oil is also easily damaged by heat, so avoid using it when cooking or dehydrating food.
